At Manor Farm we take care of every aspect of our guests' experience. Our spacious, wooden-beamed rooms look out over beautiful, rolling countryside. They are centrally heated and comfortably furnished with traditional English furniture. All bedrooms have either en-suite or private bathrooms, television, and coffee/tea-making facilities.

Our guests enjoy delicious, indulgent English, Continental, and whole food breakfasts, or dishes to suit vegetarian tastes, while relaxing in the sunny dining room overlooking the orchard.

Terms and Conditions


Please read our terms and conditions below carefully to ensure that we are the right B&B for you.

Please note that we operate a minimum 2 night stay policy and do not normally accept advance bookings for one night stays.

We may occasionally accept a one night stay for last minute bookings. We do not offer a single occupancy discount for one night. One night stays cost an additional £10 on top of the prices above.

We are non smoking and we own 2 very friendly house cats. So Manor Farm is not suitable for people with cat allergies or phobias.

Deposits
A deposit equal to one night's stay, is required to guarantee a reservation. Fourteen day notice of cancellation is required for refund minus £25 cancellation fee per room. If cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival the deposit will not be refunded.

Check In and Departure Times
Check in is between 4 & 6 and we ask that guests vacate their rooms by 10.30 on day of departure. If you will be arriving after 6 please let us know so that we can arrange our evening accordingly.

 

Please note: The minimum length of stay at Manor Farm is two nights.
